Pay is based on experience. $23.00 – $30.00 an hour
Seabreeze Property Services, a leading property services company, is seeking a Construction Foreman to help support a dynamic, growing workplace. The Construction Foreman role is a non-exempt position responsible for leading teams of Construction and Hardscape Crew Members to provide customers with best in class landscape construction. Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a “can-do” attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team. This is a full-time position and a background investigation and drug test may be required prior to employment. This position reports to the Construction Division Manager. Specific duties include:
• Ensure work gets completed efficiently and at or above customer expectations
• Provide assigned crew with on-site leadership, job instruction and aid in skill development
• Perform construction and hardscape maintenance duties including but not limited to, installing paver patios, stone, wood, or block retaining walls, etc.
• Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to skid steers, grinders, drills, chop saws, demolition hammers, compactors, dingo’s, back hoes, dump trailers, and chainsaws
• Work productively with upper management to ensure daily operational tasks are executed
• Responsible for the productivity and professionalism of their assigned crew
• Ensuring crew members maintain a clean and safe job site
• Responsible for utilizing company technology to ensure timely and accurate reporting of work
Work Conditions:
• Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements
• Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Able to safely work with a wide variety of equipment such as mowers, power saws and cutters

• 1-3 years of management experience
