    Seabreeze Property Services, a leading property services company, is seeking a Hardscape Estimator to help support a dynamic, growing workplace. Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a “can-do” attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team. This is a full-time position, and a background investigation and drug test may be required prior to employment. The Hardscape Estimator reports to the Vice President of Sales and Accounts. Specific duties include:

    • Planning initial and follow up meetings

    • Estimating a variety of hardscaping jobs for prospective customers and accounts

    • Helping customers design/envision outdoor spaces

    • Generating quotes and proposals using our industry specific system

    • Ensuring work gets communicated efficiently to operations and performed at or above customer expectations

    • Utilizing company technology to report accuracy and timeliness of work

    Work Conditions:

    • Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements

    • Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects (up to 50 pounds)

    • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • 3+ years of hardscaping experience

    • 1+ years of estimating experience

    • Experience planning and executing prospecting activities leading to initial and follow-up meetings

    • Strong communication, closing, and proposal writing skills

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlines

    • Experience using a CRM to manage accounts effectively

    • Must be organized, self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment

    • 50% local travel is required

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
