    Pay is based on experience. $18.00 – $22.00 an hour

    Seabreeze Property Services, Maine’s leading property services company, is looking to hire a Landscape Supervisor. The Landscape Supervisor role is a non-exempt position responsible for leading crews to provide customers with best in class property services, including landscape maintenance, landscape construction, paving and snow management. Landscape Supervisors are the front-line of our business, and Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a “can-do” attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team.

    Specific duties include:

    • Provide assigned crew of employees with on-site leadership, job instruction and aid in skill development
    • Ensure work gets completed efficiently at or above customer expectations
    • Use a variety of equipment to perform landscape maintenance, hardscape projects and/or snow removal tasks
    • Work productively with other Landscape Supervisors and Crew Leaders to ensure daily operational tasks are executed
    • Responsible for productivity and professionalism of their assigned employees
    • Responsible for ensuring equipment and trucks are well kept

    Work Conditions:

    • Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements
    • Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects (up to 50 pounds)
    • Able to safely work with a wide variety of equipment such as mowers, power saws and cutters
    • Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus

    Job Requirements:

    • Driver’s License Required
    • 2-3 years of landscape/hardscape and/or snow removal experience
    • At least 1-year experience in a leadership/supervisory role
    • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet established deadline
    • Willing to comply with background check and drug test
