Snow Plow Operator

Seabreeze Property Services, a leading property services company, is seeking snow plow drivers and equipment operators to help support our dynamic, and growing workplace. Candidates must be able to work every snow storm without exception. We provide state of the art equipment and service high quality commercial sites.

Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a “can-do” attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team. This is a full-time position which requires an introductory period of three months. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow Crew Leader instructions to provide accounts with best-in-class property services
• Use a variety of equipment to perform snow removal tasks
• Responsible for taking good care of trucks and equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Desire to work in a result oriented, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively
• Minimum 1 year of snow plowing experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
